PSM-66 RIV-05 is a special resin for carrier boards. The resin doesn't contain solvents or other harmful volatiles, and is a high-performance resin with high TG and low CTE, excellent high-temperature resistance and resistance to hot and cold shocks, high reliability, and high chemical resistance; it has excellent hardness and excellent bonding strength.
Fields of application
PSM-66 RIV-05 plug hole resin is used in high TG products such as high multilayer HDI, POFV and IC-Substrate PCB CSP.
