PSM-66 RIV-08 plug hole resin is a halogen-free product, no solvents and other harmful volatiles in the resin, this resin is a low-temperature curing resin for high TG, low CTE, suitable for use in high-frequency, high-speed materials and mixed-pressure plates, excellent high-temperature resistance, no cracking, low diffusion, low water absorption, strong adhesion of the excellent resin.
